Return

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please not that we don't reimburse any shipping costs and in the case of Free Shipping we charge the initial shipping cost.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can entry  in your account on this link and request a return/exchange or contact us at info@lachoix.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label for free, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Therefore, Lachoix Brand will not reimburse any shipping costs and we charge to shipping to return* (excluding Portugal). In case you return your order but originally you didn't paid the shipping we will charge the shipping cost.

Shipping Loss
We do not assume any liability for loss or damage that occurred during the shipment of the returned items.

Items on Sale are not eligible for a refund, only exchanges and/or voucher.


Exchanges

We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange with no cost. We offer free exchanges, no shipping costs associated.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please entry  in your account on this link and request an exchange or sends us an email to info@lachoix.com and we will send you a return shipping label for free, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Lachoix Brand reserves the right to refuse any return of products that have visible signs of use, mistreatment, or that are transformed in any way.
